Mr. Jonathan Ukodhiko is a visionary leader with core engineering competence and business management skills in the oil and gas sector. As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Joeny, he brings a mix of valuable skills that have propelled the company towards the part of success. As a coren registerd engineer his technical skill and competence is invaluable.
He holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical/Production Engineering. He has worked with Adadrill Nig. Ltd and International Oilfields Services where he gained significant experience in Wellhead, Valves and Facilities Maintenance, and other engineering core areas in the industry including business development. It is the vision of Mr. Jonathan Ukodikho to build Joeny Holdings into an international brand with core emphasis on the company’s unique approach to quality assurance and service delivery to clients.
Responsible for Joeny Holding's Technical, Marketing and Service Quality. Mr. Unuavboroh joined Joeny in 2010 and brings with him extensive international oilfield services experience, following 15 years of working for Schlumberger Ltd. Mr. Unuavboroh has managed multiple units in Schlumberger Testing Segment including Drill Stem Testing; Tubing Conveyed Perforation, and Surface Well Testing with Gauges. Also added extensive experience with Sales & Marketing in Nigerian oil and gas market with Schlumberger.
Mr. Unuavboroh graduated from the University of Lagos with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He attended a host of technical and management programs with Schlumberger. Previously, Mr. Unuavboroh held management positions within Business Development at Expro Group as the Area Business Development Manager for Nigeria.
Mr. Omoregie Nosakhare, is the Group Project Manager of Joeny Holdings Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and National Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
Before joining Joeny Holdings Limited, I worked with Planoplex Nigeria Ltd (as Well Optimization Supervisor); at Equity Petroleum Services started as Field Engineer, then progressed to Head Engineering Department and finally Head of Marketing/Operations Manager before leaving for Planoplex and also had several stints in Sego Oilfield Services as a Gauge Engineer. With 22 years combined experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, Mr. Omoregie brings his wealth of experience in Managing Complex Global Maintenance Gas Plant in OB/OB for NAOC, and currently two additional similar projects have been added under his management control.
Certified Accountant, Auditor and Business Administrator with over 20 years working experience educated to Master’s degree level, with strong analytical skills built upon well researched and articulated studies. Also, possesses extensive Finance, Auditing, Accounting, Negotiating, Communicating and Administrative skills having worked on numerous projects thereby building up considerable wealth of experience in leading demanding projects with stringent budgeting and time constraints. Excellent ability to coordinate various tasks leading to business process improvements and efficiency, while working consistently to the highest professional standards in delivering business / organizational benefits. Pro-active and self-motivated professional with a problem solving view leveraged on a flexible attitude, willing to lead, learn and effecting change whilst taking on new challenges
Having worked in different sectors of the Nigerian economy such as Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas amongst other sectors equally has a wide range of experience with Indigenous and Multinational Organizations including Lafarge Holcim, Multi links Telecommunications amongst others. Emeka Nwaneri is the current Chairman of one of the fastest growing District Societies of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
IBUNOR, Ivie is a seasoned professional who has brought on board dynamism and creativity to Business Development at Joeny Holdings. She possesses superior interpersonal, communication and creative skills in business development and strategic marketing.She has displayed an outstanding track record by expanding the business of the Company to greater heights in collaboration with her team. She has an astute knowledge in planning and implementation of marketing strategies and corporate communication.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration and also obtain a certificate in Chartered Marketing. Prior to Joeny she worked with AIICO and E-line Card Management as their business development Officer where she acquired relevant experience. Her extensive experience in sales and Marketing has enable the company to break new grounds by increasing client portfolio. She is responssible for client relationship management (CRM) to make sure that all existing business of the Company are well developed and sustained.
