Moses Otumbadi Chukwu [FCIB, PGD, MBA, RIMAN] Group Executive Chairman

Mr. Chukwu is a consummate professional with rich and in-depth experience in Banking, Finance and Business Management spanning over 36 years.

Graduate of the reputable YABA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY Lagos, majoring in Business Administration, Mr. Chukwu further in 2002 obtained a PGD in Project Management and later (MBA) in Financial Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri.

In April 2009, the respected Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria – CIBN conferred the highest professional recognition in Banking “FELLOW” of the Institute to Mr. Chukwu after many years of qualification as an Associate.

Mr. Chukwu’s many years of banking career traversed the defunct Progress Bank of Nigeria Plc, Equity Bank, Intercontinental Bank Plc and Access Bank Plc

In the course of the banking career, Mr. Chukwu worked actively and effectively in all the banking divisions (Operations, Credit, Control/Audit, Oil & Gas, Foreign Trade, Corporate Banking, Loan Recovery etc.), thus garnering indispensable practical experiences in all relevant fields of finance and management.

Mr. Chukwu held many strategic management positions in the Banking Industry such as GH South-South Region, GH Retail Loans PBD, Head Credit Risk Management, Area Business Executive (ABE) Oil & Gas, Group Head - National Conglomerate Division [NCD] and Regional Head [RH] Special Assets Management and Loan Recovery – South-South Region Port Harcourt.

Has attended several high level management courses and trainings at home and abroad including the Offshore Technology Conference [OTC] in USA, and an Alumni of the Wharton Business College University of Pennsylvania Philadelphia USA

Mr. Chukwu belongs to many professional associations including The CIBN, ICAN and is currently a Senior Associate Member of the Risk Management Association of Nigeria [RIMAN].

Ibunor Ivie Group Executive Director – Finance & Admin

IBUNOR, Ivie is a seasoned professional who has brought on board dynamism and creativity to Business Development at Joeny Holdings. She possesses superior interpersonal, communication and creative skills in business development and strategic marketing.She has displayed an outstanding track record by expanding the business of the Company to greater heights in collaboration with her team. She has an astute knowledge in planning and implementation of marketing strategies and corporate communication.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration and also obtain a certificate in Chartered Marketing. Prior to Joeny she worked with AIICO and E-line Card Management as their business development Officer where she acquired relevant experience. Her extensive experience in sales and Marketing has enable the company to break new grounds by increasing client portfolio. She is responssible for client relationship management (CRM) to make sure that all existing business of the Company are well developed and sustained.

Edward Kpoobari Menegbo [B.Tech, M.Eng, COREN] Group Executive Director - Projects

Edward Menegbo is an experienced Engineer and Business Leader. He is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas sector, with a strong background in operations management, well engineering, Business Development and Environmental compliance with extensive experience working across technical and managerial roles.

Edward Menegbo has demonstrated expertise in planning and executing complex projects, tendering processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering from Rivers State University of Science & Technology and a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He is a COREN Certified Engineer, a Project Manager, and relevant industry certifications

Benjamin Onyekachi Monye [B.Sc, QMS, PMP] Group Executive Director - Operations

A Highly Experienced Oil and Gas Industry Professional and Group Executive Director (Operations) of Joeny Holdings Ltd.

Benjamin Monye is a results-oriented and resourceful Oil and Gas Industry Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in drilling operations and management. His expertise spans various roles, including Drilling Superintendent, Staff Engineer, Marine Advisor, Project Manager, and Lead Auditor, displaying a diverse skillset and consistent upward trajectory in his career.

Mr Monye has B.Sc Chemistry. He is a QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor, ISO 9001-2015. He has the International Well Control Forum Certificate – Level 4, Supervisor; and Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP).

Dr. Promise Onyemaechi [PhD, FCA, ACTI, CGMA, ACMA, MSC.] Group Financial Controller

Dr. Promise Onyemaechi is a seasoned finance and humanitarian professional with over 20 years of controllership and leadership experience across Oil and Gas, Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, Trading, Audit firms, Security Services, and the Hospitality sector. She brings strong expertise in financial management, strategy, operations, internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance, supporting organizations in achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Before joining Joeny Holdings Limited, she held key roles including Chief Finance Controller, Head of Finance, Tax Manager, Internal Auditor Manager, Relationship Manager, Senior Auditor/Tax Consultant, where she consistently strengthened financial discipline and aligned finance functions with business strategy.

Dr. Onyemaechi holds a PhD in Corporate Finance from Rivers State University, an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Finance and Banking from the University of Port Harcourt. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).

She is recognized for her integrity, analytical rigor, and leadership, with a strong commitment to value creation and organizational development.

Atobiloye O. Kehinde (ACA, B.SC, HND) Group Internal Control

A highly successful Chartered Accountant with 20 years experience in financial reporting, business and financial management. Possess extensive practical knowledge and awareness of development in the accounting industry and provides suitable financial interpretations to the executive stakeholders in the organization.

Prior to Joining Joeny Holdings Limited, he has worked in different sectors like Hospitality, Audit and Investigation and Oil and Gas.

Chike Juluga [B.Tech, MNSE] General Manager – Holdings

Engr. Chike is a vastly experienced Engineer in the oil and gas industry with 30 years cognate experience. He is currently the General Manager of Joeny Holdings Limited overseeing the Maintenance, Logistics, Construction, Machine shop, Infrastructure and Assets Management sections of the Organization.

He's a core Professional with steady growth in the Oil and Gas Industry starting with Field Trainee Engineer, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, QAQC Engineer, Project/Technical Manager, Operations Manager, Managing director. His area of specialty includes but not limited to the following; Welding and Fabrication, Assets Integrity Mgt Systems, Pipeline Construction &Piping Installation, Operations & Maintenance, QAQC Mgt Systems, Rotating Equipment Installation & Maintenance, Project Mgt, etc. He has successfully led multifaceted EPCIM Projects.

He has B.Tech Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering and a Member of The Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is also professionally certified with ISO 9000-2001 INTERNAL AUDIT. ISO 9000-2001 QMS Implementation Certification. Specialist course on Pipelines and Tanks repair methods.

Kester Chime [HND] Legacy (HWU) Manager

Mr. Kester Chime is a professional with over 20years Experience in oil and gas, his expertise covers Drilling, Workover, Completion and Project Management.

He has worked in various locations within Nigeria and across the Continent of Africa at the capacity of Team lead, Drilling and workover Supervisor, Rig Manager and Project Manager.

He has a Higher National Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering and International Well Control Forum (IWCF) level 4.

Robert Tuboala [M.Sc, MBA BBA, MCIPM, MCIPD, CP-SHRM, FCILIR, DFIHRM] Group Human Resources & Admin. Manager

Mr. Robert Tuboala is the Group Human Resources & Administrative Manager. Diversified group of companies with strategic investments in oil and gas sectors. He holds a BBA and MBA in Human Resources Management with Merilyn Business School, Mexico, USA (CIML), New Mexico, USA, and M.Sc. in Business Administration with the Enugu State University of Science Business School, Enugu, Nigeria. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Nigeria.

He has also consulted for some oil & gas companies. As the Group Head, Human Resources and Administration come with huge expertise with 18 years of experience in the oil & gas and energy sectors.

Jerry Ezo [ B.Tech] Well Head Manager

Engr. Jerry Ezo is a skilled professional in the Oil & Gas industry with over 20years of experience in the Well Head Service. He started his journey in the Energy Industry as a trainee Technician with SPDC. He rose to the position of a Supervisor and later became a Well Head Manager.

Engr. Jerry holds a B-Tech in Electrical/Electronic from University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Kenneth Edogun [HND. NEBOSH, IOSH, QMS] QHSE Manager

Mr. Kenneth Edogun is a QHSE professional currently responsible for all Corporate Quality Health, Safety and Environment initiatives and enforcement with over 19years experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

He holds Higher National Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration as well as other professional certifications that enables him achieve his objectives seamlessly which include:
